Subject: Difference between engine-performance of the "old" V6 and the "new" one.

Hi,

I own a 406 Coupe V6 from October 1998.
Shortly after I bought my car a new engine version was build into the 406 Coupe with 210 BHp in stead of the 194 BHp that the previous version had.
Where does the nes engine get this extra power, as I can't imagine they designed a totally new-type engine.
Did they just "chip-tune" an old-type engine, or is it mechanically different?

Thanks, Belgarath
