She had managed to slip away from the ship,and the Nova, had finally come to a halt. But now as she watched, plasma and chunks of the blaster doors swarmed around the ship. Orion had managed to deflect the chunks, and had surounded himself, Ebonhawk, Fawndoo, and the Nebulan inside a buble of sorts.

She had cought the transmission from the ship.

"..FINALLY...ABLE TO TRANSMIT! ENERGON PLASMA IS BUILDING; MY BLAST DOORS WON'T HOLD MUCH LONGER! POWERLINE HURT ME FAR MORE THAN I REALIZED..THAN PERHAPS EVEN HE REALIZED! I LIVE, BUT CUT OFF FORM MY CORE PROCESSORS, EFFECTIVELY CRIPPLED WITHOUT YOU, MY NEW CREW! MORE THAN EVER I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOUR PRESCENCE HERE!

AND YOU ESPECIALLY, CHRISTOPHER BRADDOCK! KNOW YOU WELL THAT THIS BEING CONSIDERS YOU AMONG HIS GREATEST FRIENDS, BECAUSE WITHOUT YOUR EFFORTS MY PERSONA MAY HAVE BEEN LOST ALONG WITH MY CENTRAL S-SYTEMS! BLAME YOUSELF NOT FOR MY PARALYSIS BUT BE PROUD THAT YOU HAVE PRESERVED MY EXISTENCE LONG ENOUGH SO THAT--MULDOON!

IT-HAS-BEGUN!

The ship was crippled, the crew could move her but with the core disconected from the essence of the ship, she was virtual a sitting space duck.

If a chunk hits the ship then... she thought horridly of what could befall the crew. The plasma,if enven a small chunck mangaged to ricochet off the force feild that surrounded the astro gestalt, could either peirce the hull of the ship, or worse wind up smashing into it sending straight at Rugby again.

And if that happens...No I won't think of it, but...I can't let it happen, even if it doesn't the ship is a virtual parpaligic, no way can it stay that way, it's gotta be repaired and fast. But would they, can they...No I must do it, stop being a scared fool Dark Star, your a Decepticon now act like one!

With that she transformed back into robot mode and went streaking for the ship's vent system. As she did she shrank to the size of a young human and slipped into the shafts that covered the Nova. Once inside she tried to find her way, blind to the core of the Nova Beacon. By some shear luck, or merical, she found her way into the core of the ship. The Nova was wounded, and it could take days for the crew to repair it, time they didn't have. She thought I have to do this, no matter the cost.

Then she pached in a transmission to the Captian Ferris Magnum. Attention Ferris Magnum, this is Dark Star. I've made my way to the ships core, and know of it's predicament. Sir, I may have a tempoary solution to the ship's parylisis. I've been rebuilt a number of times sir, and maybe,in the mess of all these programs, might be a program that can help reattach the core to the ship. It's a risky undertaking sir, your ship's systems will be hot wired into me, and vice versa. However, if it doesn't work no harm will come to the ship. Me however....Well lets not think about that. Sir do I have your permission to engage in this?
