a noble point of view, but unfortunately false. in fact, you yourself have proven your last point to be false. you have noted that some people feel a need to feel better than others, through some sort of inferiority complex perhaps, these people however, can still be highly intelligent, regardless of them claiming it. highly intelligent people are quite well aware of their high intelligence, and do not make any efforts to hide it most of the time, some of them make quite a point out of it, not because they have an inferiority complex, or some sort of "need" to feel better, but simply because it's "fact".

unfortunately for you, your definition of IQ (especially that it's somehow is biased) is quite false.
