Subject: Draft quality

I keep reading mentions of the draft being weak. I can't compare it to previous drafts, of course, being in my first year. But it seems like a realistic draft if nothing else.

My first round pick starts for sure.
My second rounder will start on/off.
I didn't have a 3rd round pick.
My 4th-8th picks will get limited time while they are developed over a couple of seasons.

Isn't that pretty well the way it tends to go? With the exception of a couple of Terrell Davis's, guys picked in the 4th-8th don't usually contribute that much early. This draft was much like an NFL draft, I think. And isn't that what we want?
