I totally agree. With the addition of the rare late round gem (sleepers), it seemed pretty realistical to me. If I look at my roster, it seems amazing how many guys started straight out of the draft and did extremely well.

I had this idea to make the draft even more realistical, but it would take quite a bit of work to implemenent:

Instead of knowing all draftees' exact scores, why not round it off to the nearest multiple of ten? (ie: 70-60-70-30-10 or so). That way you need to look more at a players' performance than just at the rosters. Only after the draft will the exact scores be published.
