Didn't the Regent talk to himself ? Didn't everybody think he was crazy? Wasn't he actually speaking to the keeper/his minders ? "Don't hurt the Girl ?" Who is he talking to ? Embracing the cross, Cutting himself up: self-punishement/flagellation or futile attempts at exorcism ? Something else disturbing to keep in mind: Londo didn't see the abyss until it was way too late in the game. Something hopeful to look forward to: he found a way to beat his masters. I don't expect anything less from Spike.
