He helped her settle into his lap, his large hands curling around the backs of her thighs and keeping her securely in place, resting his head back against the couch as he returned her kisses, letting them linger. His eyes opened to her quickly at her words, and he let them sink in, watching her still. His hand reached to her face, cupping her cheek as his thumb brushed down from her lower lip down to the tip of her chin "I don't think i ever expected to hear you say that..."
