The Southern Weyrleader seems to be a dark, mobile spot on his bronze's back. The firestone the bronze has already consumed starts to work, as Adath begins flaming the silvery parasite, T'run twists, searching among his fellow bronzes for clumps which endanger them. A stray stand narrowly misses them, and Adath twists carefully, his firestone reserves depleted. T'run feeds it to his bronze, tense with excitement, both of them. Once Adath has chewed the stone, they're up in the air once more, darting, flaming, gaurding...A clump catches T'run at his blind spot, scoring him with painful fingers, as Adath instinctively blinks between, the soothing numbness a gentle relief from the white hot injury. Honshu's warm air causes it to sting a little, he shivers at the shocking temperature difference.

The bronze emits a lick of orange flame, charring a clump into black ashes, a small smile on his face, they would win. And Thread would not harm the lush Weyrhold.
