Thanks so much for sharing this article. Attitudes are so fundamental as you indicated. To be successful, we must listen first and truely gain an understanding of the attitudes and issues most important to our colleagues. Unless we can demonstrate that we "hear" them at this level, they will be far less inclined to "hear" or try what we have to offer -- no matter how relevant or needed.
