It is almost the end of the month and I am just getting around to an article that I chose earlier...
My review article is from FNO, the Jan 2002 Edition. The article is called "Traits of an Effective Tech Coach and Ed Tech Program." This an easy read that was a good new year pick-up. The article assembled a lengthy list of descriptors and explanations of the roles of technology coaches. It was an affirming read because I often found myself shaking my head and saying, "I do that!" Take a look at this article to ascertain whether you are functioning as a sidekick, a composer, an arranger, a finder, a matchmaker, an advocate, or even a good cop - many other roles too!
