<font color=coral2>Will someone please help me? I need to find out how to make eggs correctly so they come out all together. Adam likes his easy over......I prefer scrambled because it's easier. But I try to do eggs for him and I can't seem to get the knack of flipping them over and then back so the yolks are still runny so he can slop his toast in it........eeeeewwwww!! LOL .......I usually break the yolks when I try flipping them and I feel like such as bad cook. I usually end up overcooking the yolks, or the eggs turn into a mishmosh.......Please help! -- ~WE HATE TO COOK~

  - Okay, here's a tip my Auntie Velma taught me years ago...instead of trying to turn the eggs over when they get almost to how you want them to be..put a little bit of water on the yolk of each egg and put a lid on the skillet....cook a bit more and the yolks will sear over without you having to turn them over....Try it Pixie...it works for me every time...Good Luck..     - Ok oK..first make sure your Skillet has been seasoned...which means if you don't have a non-stick pan make sure you season it by putting a little oil in there and cook on high and right when its starts to see a little smoke coming from the oil take it off stove..let it cool down and then just wipe it out with paper towel..it is now seasoned that when you put a little oil in there and your egg's..you and flip those's egg's over just so easy..the less oil in pan the better if you use the spray pam stuff would work great...too...just put that spatcula right under that yoke area and let it slide over ....
