Subject: Poly vs Bello's

No it's not a rivalry that's played out on any ball field, but, in a real live court....a legal court.
The Sunday edition of the L.A. Times, in the California section, has a nice big article on the trade mark drama being played out by Bello's of SLO and Cal Poly/CSU.

In the article the Times points out, and I quote, ".....in the Cal Poly moniker, as the university has evolved in the last decade into one of the most exclusive public colleges in the nation".

Academically, Cal Poly is finally getting recognition, now if only our athletic programs can begin to exercise its full potential.
