20th Century Art

In my opinion art is a skill. Painting is the ability to paint what your see and that moves you. When I think of art and painters i think of Leonardo da Vinci,Michelangelo, Raphael, Donatello, Botticelli, Peter Bruegel the Elder and many more great painters during the renaissance. In that era painters painted bible seens, later moving to depicted seens with family in it or nature. The 20th century artists draw squares and more squares and maybe sometimes an accational messed up painting with 1 million different colors splattered on it. The more modern art gets the less artists have to put effort into their paintings. Anyone can draw a square on paper and color it in but not many people can draw such paintings like The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci thats y I don't think art is this century and should be even considered art maybe as years go on people will begin to appreciate what art was back during the renaissance.
