(He stepped back a little, standing behind her chair, his hands moving to her shoulders and massaging as he looked over what she was working on. Mostly old cases, unfinished paperwork, government filings.. stuff that wouldnt recquire her pushing herself too much. He'd already been planning on a quiet evening for her, since she had had such a horrible night and had woken to just as bad a morning.. she deserved some relaxation time, and he was going to give that to her.) It's been decent.. did my workout early and I've been helping Remy prep for the upcoming mission.. it's keeping him occupied enough that he hasn't been forcing work on me. (He shrugged, still massaging her shoulders as he read the paragraph about the drug traffiker she was talking about paying a visit to.) That's the sort of the Cortez should be handling.. he's new and needs the experience. (He said easily, another one of the fielding sort of answers he had been supplying since her pregnancy had taken a turn for the worse and she'd been sick and tired more often than not. Her yawn made him frown, and he wondered why it was that she protested so much when everyone around her so obviously didn't care if she rested or stayed home.) Maybe your body is trying to tell you that you need to rest, hon.. why don't you go downstairs and nap for a bit.. your work will be here for you when you get back..
