I don't particularly care either way with Reef, but 4 years in and not really being depth in any position, he'll be lucky if he gets renewed.

He does show some talent, but if you're keeping blokes into their 5th season without them really being depth, you're risking not having enough depth or are taking a look at too few youngsters.
