I’ve been down to preseason training a few times the last few years and he is always on an extra running program, and always looks completely gassed whilst doing it.
Whilst the team is doing drills he is often doing a running program by himself, and I don’t think it is rehab, it appears to be extra work.
That said, I’ve always liked him, he has something, even in games this year he hit the scoreboard at a rate per minute higher than any on the list, I recall the stat being shown somewhere.
For mine he is a home brand Degoey. It frustrates me no end he doesn’t play full time mid when in the vfl, instead the centre square often has vfl listed junk in there. Blows my mind.
Either way I think he has afl level talent. However plenty that do still don’t make it
