early draft pick and will have egg on our faces. If this happens, hypothetically we miss a chance on someone before McGuane is bid on. There are mixed reports regarding Thomas because of his size. We won't no until closer to draft time how weak or strong it really is because previous forecasts about drafts have been incorrect.

Ironically giving up this year's draft pick for Schultz, made it much more feasible to surrender last year's due to this limiting our options. Hence Houston was a better fit for us than the Blues who've preferred a stake in their longer term future.
