There would be games where he is on, and would have really impressive 1 on 1 stats..

And games when he is off and would hardly win a contest

To be fair to Billy, he was having a very good season as KPD until the rucks got injured and he was swung into the ruck. Once he returned to defence it was as if he had completely forgotten how to play as a defender
