FISH HAWAIIAN STYLE

Serves 4

4 fillets fish [120g each]
rolled in 4 teaspoons plain flour and paprika
Fry in 4 teaspoons oil and remove from pan and keep warm.

SAUCE
Mix in pan till hot
!/4 cup chicken stock cube
1 tablespoon sherry
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons lemon juice
15oz tin crushed pineapple [drained]
1/4 cup pineapple juice (from drained juice)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 bananas sliced

Spoon over fish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon almonds over top [optional]
