Hi all
I made this for lunch today, and it was lovely. I made it for 1, and figured the points to be 5 (tin of salmon 2, pasta 2.5, dressing 0.5):

CREAMY SALMON PASTA SALAD 1 serve
1 small can pink salmon
1 serve pasta
3/4 cup fresh green beans, cut into pieces
1 finely chopped carrot
1 lge tablespoon WW cottage cheese
50g tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
few chopped spring onions
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Drain salmon, separate into chunks and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions; add green beans during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and rinse well under cold water until pasta and green beans are cooled. Combine pasta, green beans, carrots and salmon in a medium bowl. Place cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, onion and mustard in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly. Add cherry tomatoes, spring onions, and cucumber to prepared salad, if desired.

Sounds yum Megan. Did you count the points for the yoghurt and cottage cheese too?

Yep - I estimated .5 of a point as it is pretty negligble - it is not a lot of dressing.
Could estimate 1 point - the attiki yogurt is 0.5 point for 100gms, so 50gms is nothing really!
