I hit most of the obvious places like bolt holes and the actual activist group he was a part of. I didn't get anything out of any of them. In fact the members of E.H.C. were unusualy forgetful of their fellow member. I find it hard to believe that they would forget a six foot tall two hundred pound man named Charles Cooley. This guy seemed to just disapear, and I was just about stumped as to where to look next when a little piece of info came my way. Francis is a new friend of mind that likes to help me out with a little infor in exchange for a little bit of cash. I had just gotten home when I got a message from Francis. "Hey Rudolph man what's happenin?"
"Nothing much Francis, just looking for a new bounty head."
"Charles Cooley?" I could almost see the mirth building up behind Francis's lips as he tried to suppres a grin.
"Yeah, what can you tell me?"
"That'll cost ya fifty." After a bit of mumbling and pocket searching I managed to find my cred stick and sent a bit more of my hard earned cash to someone else.
"I'm hard on cash Francis. This better be good."
The pawn broker finally let out his smile.
"You'll never believe me but he walked right into my place."
"What!?"
"Yeah, just a few hours ago. Of course he had on a pretty lousy disguise but I could see right through it." That remark seemed to give the man a additional bolster to his bravado, and went on like a old man telling a war story. "Of course I wrote down what he wanted to sell to me, and told him to come back later when I had the cash. He just said forget it and walked out."
"What did he say he wanted to sell?" I asked.
"Some old pieces of junk. I figure he took me for some kind of collector and was asking for some pretty steep prices."
"Thanks Francis that will help."

I then knew that this guy was just in this for the money. And anyone with a vice has a weakness to exploit.
