A race as long survived as the Cehancien had to have learned a lot throughout time. Much like the babe who learns that fire is hot and remembers through life not to get to close, so was the case with the Cehancien. Many races, thinking themselves superior for whatever reason, never learned lessons, and always repeated the past. A horrible fate for any race.

But as the saying goes.... Fate has a knack for picking an innocent up, shaking and playing with him for a bit, then throwing him on the wayside. I have discovered that that is entirely true. Look at what happened to you, and myself. I never expected to leave the clan, and I never blelieved I would ever end up in a place like this, talking with one such as yourself about the ways of Deities. Fate truly oes have a sense of humor."
