I'm grasping your figures. Half the people pay the lion's share. But you can't get blood from a turnip can you? If you ain't got it to pay then what to you expect? And with all the lay-offs its only going to get worse and worse. Eventually someone somewhere is going to have to pay more. It's one of those trickle down theories isn't it?
