She let out a slow breath, cocking a brow at that. "I wasn't expecting you to make an honest woman out of me or anything." She stated with a slight smirk to her tone that he would even think that she was expecting marraige. A slight smile played over her lips at the thought before she cleared her throat, getting back to business. "I just wrote the check for the amount of the...appointment and used it towards stuff for when she was born, diapers and all that..." She hadn't taken anymore then he had offered though she could have wiped out his whole bank account with that blank check. Her brow furrowed a little, looking down at the baby as she cco'd and reached towards the man who was looking at her so intently.
