He loved the little girl to death and back, he supposed it was how he made up for the empty space left of the lost baby of Kenzi's back in the day. He and Arista had, many a day, picked the little girl up and taken her on day trips to take some stress off of Kylie, and now they were flying solo pretty much. "You should have seen Dom this morning, he was nearly going through himself with excitement. Kylie was a bit pissed though." He smiled a bit, thinking back on the scene that had unfolded that morning before his eyes and the rising on the sun. Arista smiled brightly, her blue eyes softening, showing that she was relaxing. This would be the first time they had spoken since she had given him up that day, it was bound to be awkward... but she was suprised that things seemed to get easier as they talked- as long as they kept to safe ground like Kylie and Dom.
