Subject: "Maybe we don't need a pet." He protested as he moved casually away from the spot where he had been standing once again, zipping up his hoodie and then crossing his arms slowly over his chest. "We have enough to take care of." He stepped up to stand on the bench beside where she sat, smothering a yawn and then tipping his head back a little - only his eyes turned down to look at her. Really, he figured they didn't need the added responsibility of another creature to take of. It didn't really make sense to him.

  • She rolled her eyes lightly, finishing off tossing the corn before she stood, pushing lightly at his chest. "Your a grumpy old man." She stated before she shifted to stretch out her legs and back. After a few seconds of that she took off at a jog again without a word - content to set the pace at a slightly slower rate this time. It was such a nice day out she wasn't really looking forward to going back to the apartment so she may as well take her time... (NT) -- Lexi, 10:43:00 03/18/05 Fri
