She smiled brightly at that and watched him for a moment even as he moved away to lead the way to where the other two were sitting, pleasantly surprised at the genuine honesty to his words. It was easy to see that the two boys were close - she kind of figured that they had been friends for a very long time. They just seemed to have that sort of friendship. Her first impression was that Rachelle was a lucky girl to have the two of them in her life - besides seeming like a lot of fun and being drop-dead gorgeous, she would guess that they were also both intensely loyal. A small smirk touched her lips as Sav tossed the bottle at Luke, and Luke's dismayed reaction, but then turned her gaze back to the boy sitting near her as she popped a potato chip between her lips and munched on that while she pondered how to respond. "Um, pretty well. I don't really have any complaints. It's just different.." She missed her mom and she missed her mom and her friends, but on the other hand it was nice here - and it was fun to be around her brothers and her dad, and she seemed to be making some good friends already. She was just the type of girl to take things in stride - maybe every once in a while she would throw a little fit about something, but mostly she preferred to accept a problem and then do what she could discover a solution. She was pretty methodical in that sense...
