"Yeah, they're good, but they are definitely protective. And they're also pretty sure that I'm still ten years old." Luckily one had decided to go to school out of state so he wasn't around as much any more - though she did miss him - but the other was here at RDU and very stubbornly involved in her social life. He was more adamant about her dating and hanging out with boys than her dad was - but her dad was also a very busy man. She looked over at him as she set her plate on the grass beside her - full and most of her food gone - and then gestured to his food. "Are you not hungry? You remind me of a typically hungry boy..." Her brows furrowed in quiet concern - she was used to having to be a little bit maternal to resistant boys and since he had admitted that it had been a rough week she was finding herself a little bit worried about him. "Not like an excessive amount... But a little bit. Good to way to spend some time, looks good on a resumé, helps out and all that. I would guess you're kind of new to the idea, aren't you?"
