I believe that when Tyr was 'released' from the Tunnel's hold and realized he'd been fighting Dylan [obvious from their clinch], that disbelief, shock and everything came crashing back, everything except the slightest of memories of what had occurred. Yes, he knew that Dylan had fought both Rhade's before, had felt betrayed by both Nietzscheans, and was worried about the damage he might have caused to Dylan physically. Perhaps worried that he'd pushed himself too far - Tyr needs a Pride, right now his "Family" is on the Andromeda and he doesn't want to lose that. Perhaps he was scared of the repercussions - had he done something extreme, he would expect Dylan to kill him or worse [to him] banish him. Tyr was so freaked, he didn't even notice at that moment the loss of his boneblades...
Beka on the other hand, over-compensated by jumping into the 'ancient ritual of girl talk', sort of forcing herself to put everything that had happened aside, so that she could feel some sense of normality again.
We know, when she went to Tyr's position on Command, and tried to ask, that both of them must have had some memory of what had happened, but either not enough for them to discuss or just enough to embarass them...
My take
Mai
