I'm thinking you're concerned because of the theory that there are more stronger dancers coming from that region - but I'm not sure it's up to those setting up the splits to look at how well different regions are doing and then divide based on that and birthdate as well...

Just thinking out loud... it would be nice if they did of course - I'd love it for my dancer too :) but maybe too much to expect.
