Subject: Worlds down to 1 day nothing said about recall and percentage?

Are they going back to old formula? littles had a 50% recall under the new formula but I don’t see timewise with 2 stages and fewer judges how they can do this for larger groups. Some families liked the 2 day format when kids from schools with no connection at least had a shot at a recall to day 2. They need to keep registration up for all this to work but to pay more for less (2 rounds ) maybe 3) knowing the day will be crazy long makes me wonder if numbers will be what they need. Not to mention the high cost of accommodation in Dublin. Wonder if they will also cut the solo rounds medals from AI? Again less for more. Dancers ‘paying’ yet again for CLRGs mismanagement

Actually, in the past worlds has run at a cost way higher than what is covered by entry fees, hence the cutbacks. If the format were to stay at two days with all the additional medals, entry costs would be much higher. (NT) -- -, 20:17:30 08/03/24 Sat
