It’s so different now! Teens are better equipped with the language and opportunity to express those concerns. 20 years ago not so much. I didn’t even know what grooming was! I’ve done therapy and got out of the very toxic situation but man, 10 years after leaving and that safe sports course really boiled my blood. It’s like my teacher took the course and did every single thing you’re not supposed to! On a positive note, I know what to look out for, for my own children and teach them boundaries and that it’s ok to “not be polite” in certain situations! I could go on and on, but thanks for your kind post!
