A few things:

*some judges will comment on choreo but only if they like it. It’s different in ID because there are standard moves and in some cases, standard dances.
* you’ll get feedback typically on areas to work on or things that were done well
* hopefully your teacher is paying attention to current trends in ID and choreographing accordingly
* our school does do stretching, strength and conditioning….every dance class and there is a once a week strength and conditioning class also offered
* the most we ever paid for a full day of competing at a feis was $150 which included 3 solo dances (champ level), teams and specials. It’s less expensive than regular dance for sure.
