We do not pay to perform, it is all volunteer. Further, no dancers are required to perform. If it fits your schedule and you want to do it, great, if not, great. We have some events that are just for the more senior dancers, like performing with bands during Irish Festival and other concerts, lots of care homes, Hibernian parties, birthdays. Our kids love to get out and dance, so we always have a good group. The school gets a stipend, and we use that for updating sound equipment, banners, and accessories (like sashes to go with black out) for the kids to wear. I am realizing how lucky we are to have this situation. The more I hear, the more grateful I am for our DD to have found this studio, that is more like family than anything else.

  • At least your TCs care. Our TC puts together shocking shows last minute with the few dancers she can pull together at the eleventh hour and gets upwards of $500 for them. -- (more inside), 23:12:07 12/31/24 Tue
