I would love to see them just combine everyone into one group so NO ONE has to be subjected to this level of gleeful cruelty and vitriol.

I respect your right to have an opinion, and I think this is actually a complicated issue. But it is about a world wide activity and should not be lead by any particular government. Knock off all the over reaction and quit acting like the US government should be making this decision for the whole world of Irish Dance.

At this point the rules are stated and clear. If you don't like them, then don't participate. Your choice. if you want to lobby to have the rules changed, then you can do that, but dial it back, be respectful and have some compassion for someone other than yourself or someone that thinks exactly like you do while you do it.

We are talking about kids and young adults, who have hearts and souls. You do not have to agree with me or anyone else, but you should be TRYING to be KIND and respectful as you discuss your views.
