Per the syllabus page 9 in the southern region:

Adult championship: “This event is open to dancers aged 18 or older, who have not competed during the previous five (5) years, except as an Adult-level dancer.”

Advanced Adult: “Defined as anyone age 18 or older who has previously placed in the top 3 of a Preliminary Championship in the last 10 years or competed in Open Championship in the youth/& Over levels in the last 15 years.”
