I'm glad I'm out of UBF, however my experience with UBf has spiritually left me spiritually confused

You are certainly not the only one. Many dropouts live in confusion for years, since UBF has presented them a distorted picture of God and Christian life. They don't know what has been their own fault and what has been a problem of the organization. Many UBFers struggle with sin problems, because UBF religion cannot really free people from sin, therefore they feel guilty and tend to believe that everything must be their own fault. Also, even after decades of UBF Bible "study" you will lack elementary Biblical knowledge, systematic theology.

What I recommend is reading good Christian books and attending a good Bible school or seminary. One evening a week may be already sufficient. After one year you will understand the Bible better than after 10 years of UBF. This will solve much of your confusion. Also, take some time for your personal relationship with God. You know you don't need a pastor or shepherd to come to God.
