It's amazing that you KNOW SO MUCH. Your last comment, that the buddy gave it to you, speaks volumes. You are probably either THE troll or one of the trolls.
Of course it's easy for you to make a public statement like this but you give yourself away by doing it. If you know so much then why don't you write to Barbara or Peggy and give them the exact information.
I personally think you are either talking out of your hat or you, in fact, ARE the troll. If you make the statement "He can do whatever he wants" that seems to be describing yourself.
Also, I don't believe Peggy gives out the passwords. I believe that only Barbara does that.
She has the power to revoke them and to assign new ones if she chooses.
And, knowing what I know about Voy boards (which admittedly is very little), she can assign different passwords to different people for the same board.
I personally think you are bluffing. But if you are not and you know WHO the troll is or trolls are -- and you seem to be bragging that you do -- then you should state what you know, preferably privately but publicly would be okay as well.
I do agree with you that this board has become problematicalk at best. However most of it is just silly nonsense. It's like a series of constant April Fool's jokes. I don't think anyone has impersonated anyone else. And, except for the occasionally flaming which goes on -- people are very vocal about politics this year -- I think this board has been relatively tame compared to others.
I think the troll/trolls, whomever they may be, are much more prevalent on the Celebrity Obits board.
Getting back to you and what you purportedly know .....
If you really care about this board, you should admit either that your are bluffing or should put your cards on the table and tell us what you know. If you are one of the trolls and are willing to 'fess up, then maybe we can all have a good laugh and move on.
Your statements indicate that you know a lot more than you say. In fact you may have said too much.
One of the people on this board, using his real name, recently admitted participating in this nonsense. That does not make him the original troll but it does indicate there may be more than one.
Possibly most of us here have, on occasion, displayed trollish behvaior.
How hurtful it really is is a matter of conjecture. My guess is that maybe only five or ten people post here regularly using their real names (or I should say their usual "forum names." So nothing that happens here is really going to mean much to the rest of the world.
I would have no objection to Barbara or Peggy revoking the passwords and assigning new ones. That might do the trick, at least for a while.
But it only takes one bad apple to spoil everything.
I really hope that you do not take my comments personally and that you let us all know what you know. And if you were a part of all this nonsense, then tell us what motivated you to be. And if you were not but you know the person who was, then let us know what his motiviation might be.
Of course it might be a "she" and you may be pretecting that individual.
