Her sobs caught in her throat, almost choking her as she stiffened in his arms, still clinging to him as if she knew that he was her life line but the terror just wouldn't let her go. "I wanted them to stop, I asked them, I begged them..." She muttered against his chest, the tears hot and rapid as they strayed down her cheeks, her neck, all over his shirt. She was a mental and emotional mess, he had been the dam that had stopped it all from overflowing but now this, this was beyond him being able to hold back. This was a threat to their baby, to their family, to their relationship and it made her remember how unworthy she was of all of this. "So dirty...so used..." She choked out, shaking in his arms.
