 "Pull down your pants and bend over" (for an injection) simultaneously scares me and turns me on with excited apprehension - particularly when the words are uttered by a beautiful nurse and especially when accompanied by the false assurance, "this won't hurt" (which usually means it will hurt). Even better/worse is being asked if I want to be held down to get it.

I heard those instructions a lot. First for the cold rectal thermometer and then for the big greasy enema nozzle. The temperature taking didn't hurt. The enemas always did.
