Rich it was my first time that I can remember at least. It didn't hurt at all so I didn't suffer any discomfort. And I wasn't sick it was just part of a deal me and him made I he did something for me he would get to do that to me. It wasn't bad at all just was a different feeling something I'm not used to. It was very easy he had me bend over a little bit I had pulled my pants down and he pulled my underwear down. And that and I helped him out a bit my spreading my buttocks and he just slid it in... Now I don't know if I would prefer it all the time for my temperature to be checked that way but if a doctor or nurse wanted to check it that way or needed to I wouldn't say no
