The moderation is not consistant. Underage content is often allowed to stay and develop some time, before the moderators take it dowwn, as if they are collecting evidence.
The community also have a chat area where you can chat with friends, and it is said that the chat is strictly private.
I do not think it is.
Frequently some person will invite you to be friend, and chat with himher.
The person then directs the conversation into areas where you reveal things about your private life and topics that might give you, or your family trouble with authorities.
Another direction they will bring the conversation into, is things done in real life by authorities that you are not supposed to know about. If you tell about such things, they will forcefully deny what you tell. It is like these persons are protecting something going on, and use the forum to find out how much people know about it, but hinder the information to go further.
The moderators are also heavily knocking down on content telling about actions from real life done by authorities, regardless of age level, as if they are protecting certain kind of authorities that do intimate things with people.
The actions of one specific moderator, calling himself DrZ is especially revealing. He has been on the forum some years. At the onset he posted a lot of things that go far beyong what is allowed on the forum, as if he tried to trigger others to post revealing things about themselves. But his posts allways felt somewwhat artificial and unnatural.
After he became moderator he now mostly posts moderationrelated content.
But he has slipped things in his posts that hints to his professional life. I am pretty sure he is some kind of police oficer or agent, due to these slips and his way of conversing.
One must also ask who owns that community, and wherefrom they get the money to run it. It is depicted as a hobby project by a person called "Webby", but this explanation does not seem probable.
Also the moderation activity looks too organized for it to be a hobby enterprize.
Either the community is owned by some authorities, or get money therefrom to run the community.
So I think it zity.biz is a sting operation used by or wholly run by some kind of governmental agency.
