Chloe,
These are things I have read that others have used.
I am not endorsing any but sharing ideas.
You decide.
Keep it simple.
Enema bulb, enema bag, long enema nozzle, retention nozzle.

One technique
You can let gravity help you do the work, butt up, head down.
If you have someone to help you, you can use over a knee locked in place with the other leg where the butt is up and head is down. The other person helps plus sits and holds their hands as you administer the enema.

Second technique
You can restrain hands using silk scarves and use diaper position.
Retention nozzle with an inflatable bulb helps.

Third technique
To prevent continuous pooping in diaper and changing it,
Do a deep cleaning with long enema nozzle (10 inches) first and
plug butt. Plug stays in and only removed when replaced by enema nozzle for next cleaning out then plugged again. Controlling the bowels.

Chloe,

Let me also include the enema position seen on the enema box called the sims position.
The child lies on their left side and their right leg is flexed at the knee and hip, with the knee drawn up towards the chest. The left leg is extended and straight. This position allows access to the rectum and allows the enema solution to flow easily into the colon.

Best to combine the second and third techniques. Restraining the hands is important but it should be done comfortably. The restraints shouldn't hurt, just be effective. And butt plugs are a very effective way of controlling when and if a child can mess in the diaper and also for extended enema retention. You can diaper the child up after the plug is inserted but keeping hands restrained and allow them to walk around the house. The movement helps the enema do its work and get things really moving. You can remove the plug when it's time for the child to expel. It'll be quite messy if expulsion is done into the diaper, so you would have to decide whether or not you want to deal with such a mess or if you want them to expel in a toilet. Then you can decide if you want to plug them back up before diapering them again.

Jack,
Good advice. I only know what I have read on other voy sights that implement enemas with diaper discipline. Parents do it differently depending on what result they are going after. I have read where some parents use the plug technique you mentioned where they do not want to change diapers all day so they enema the child that morning, plug them for the day, and the child is not able to mess their diaper, and the parents control the bowel movements by the next morning cleaning the child out again starting the routine all over.

That's true that some parents keep the child plugged and then remove the plug when it's time for the child to mess. It's also important when the child is getting used to wearing a plug to keep hands restrained until they stop being tempted to tamper with or resist the plug. They're just as likely to fight the plug as the enema. So for the first few days while they're getting used to the plug they may need their hands cuffed, taped or bound.
