I'm sure it would help from a detoxification standpoint.
Small volume enemas have recently become a weekly event here.

Also this seems to have come into fashion, if only as a talking point - a certain China-related video website now seems to be full of Ivory Coast/RSA/Zimbabwe/Ghana/Cameroon moms advocating monthly or biweekly purges for the whole family. (And their adult offspring replying "no, I'm traumatised!")

My mom and grandma believed frequent enemas minimized the need for doctor visits, whether at home or in the office. Nurse Marge was also a major proponent.

Sue...you have some interesting perspectives. I have utilized enemas for a lifetime and find them effective and often enjoyable, especially with an adept administrator.
