I've been wanting to contribute something and this seems to be a "thread"? that is somewhere near what I want to add. I don't know, seems like hardly anyone, or no one at all is reading this stuff. Might be a good place to try out my hand at writing one of these.
Several instances of women,or girls, observing men, and it doesn't seem to have a fair balance. I don't know if this is coming across ok but here goes.
When I played football at a four year college here in California, the trainers, not a good word, were from a medical school in the same city. They were into sports injuries, and were more women than men.
When the season started we were told that women trainers would have access to the locker room, and if anyone had a problem with that, come see the coach. He said they would set up a curtained area for those players that wanted to be attended to by men only. No one came forward to be attended to by males only so there was no curtained off area.
They had the run of the locker room from day one and after a few days I didn't even notice them. They stood and talked to a player, even tho he wasn't dressed. We had several tables where they worked the soreness out of muscles and to see an athlete laying on a table with just a towel across his middle, and his genitals clearly exposed if you cared to look.
there was no complaints about sexual bad treatment from the players or trainers.
I've ran out of time, I will try to write about a specific instance later. for now, I'll sign off.
