New NFL rule change (I'm sure you're all familar of) states that students will no longer be able to double in anything at the national tournment. You may double at districts, but have to drop one if you qualify. Also, if you qualify in debate (policy) or duo, you have to go in those events. Because district debate falls before district speech I ask the following:

What is the future of policy debate (especially in Evansville)? More specifically:

Will there be anyone left that know's how to debate intrinsicness permutations?
Will everyone go to IU debate camp?
Who will win districts (both of them)?
Will there ever be another Evansville team in state finals (there has only been one before...)?
Will there ever be a topic like Russia again?
Is every debater going to turn towards speech?
