I should explain myself.

That wasn't meant as a slam on SMG. I was merely stating that she is not as vocal as, say, Joss/Marti/James.

I, too, agree about the reasons behind SMG's selectivity. There was an interview with her in Premiere magazine about two years ago where she discussed her reticence towards the press.

Another contributing factor was the bad press surrounding the dismissal of stunt coordinator Jeff Pruitt and SMG's double Sophia Crawford. Apparently Pruitt made a series of mean remarks to the press about the Buffy crew (and SMG in particular) and even had a website targeting her.

DB, however, does seem to be ungrateful and ungracious.
