Of course the tithe is the standard of Christian offering. Nobody will argue with that.

Could you tell me what does UBF use that tithe for? There are few paid staff people. There is no support for frontline people in either Africa or Eastern Europe, where are people are living in total squalor. But there is never any mention of where these vast offerings are going.

Let Sam divulge what the money is for. Don't just one-sidedly tell me that Jesus needs my money. And that not giving UBF my money may be equated to not loving and not obeying Jesus. And then talk for 30 minutes how wonderful Sam and his family is. Say something about Jesus and others. Do something for Jesus and others. The problem is not people giving the tithe, the probloem is the tithes are being diverted from Jesus' work.
