So far, she had been yanked rudely away from the home she had known and loved forever, shoved into this relatively small ring where she felt claustrophobic and suffocated, and who knew what state her developing colt was in? To top it off, this man was <i>flicking</i> something that was no more than a big, thick weed at her. All of these things put together had built into an inner stack of dynamite, and the arrival of her friend and father of her son was like a spark. Her ears lie back against her head and she stands stock still, her legs squared and her eyes glinting like they never, ever have before.
