The current tiebreaker system is the same as total points. If you wish to take into account the final score (margin of victory), you could calculate the point differential for each team. For example, if someone's tiebreaker was "Yale 60-50", he would be off by 9 points, however, if his tiebreaker was "Columbia 60-50", he would be off by 21 points (6 points on Columbia; 15 points on Yale) since the final score was "Yale 65-54".
